Terms of service for using the Rap Duo workspace

These terms of service apply to Rap Duo at rapduo.pro. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the linked privacy and refund policies. The current public photo workspace prepares local drafts; it does not provide live video rendering. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Updated October 5, 2026.

Terms of service for the current Rap Duo workspace

Rap Duo provides public guides, a browser-based duo name tool and a photo workspace for organizing scene concepts. The name tool suggests candidates from optional first names and a local suggestion bank. The photo workspace lets you select references, a topic and settings, then save a temporary draft on the current device. A saved setup is not a generated song, a finished animation or a cloud production project.

Displayed scene media and quality choices are references for planning. They do not guarantee a result made from your uploads, an export format, production speed or a live model's availability. These terms of service do not turn an unavailable feature into a delivery obligation. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops, with reasonable notice when practical for a material reduction in an active service. Keep your original files and text independently of a temporary browser draft, and verify actual availability before relying on the service for a deadline.

Your account under these terms of service

Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, and you should contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Sign-in methods shown as available can include email-password authentication or Google login. Choosing a sign-in method does not automatically purchase a plan, publish your content or convert a local draft into a synchronized project.

You must be at least thirteen years old, or the higher minimum age applicable where you live, to use the service. Do not create accounts to evade restrictions, misuse complimentary benefits or interfere with other users. We may restrict or suspend accounts that breach these terms of service or create a risk to the service or people depicted in content. You can stop using the service and request account deletion through support. If an actual recurring subscription exists, its cancellation should be handled separately through the available billing process.

Photos, likenesses and acceptable content

Use photos of yourself, a permitted fictional subject or people who have agreed to the intended use of their likeness. Do not upload a minor's photo without appropriate parent or guardian permission. A surprise greeting does not excuse using a private image against someone's wishes. Do not impersonate a public figure or present a synthetic concept as real footage of a person saying or doing something that did not happen.

You must not use the service for sexual exploitation, content sexualizing minors, harassment, hate, threats, fraud or unlawful activity. Do not infringe another party's copyright, trademark or other rights. Attempts to bypass controls, overload systems or interfere with providers are also prohibited. These terms of service allow us to refuse or remove abusive content and restrict associated accounts. A draft topic, generated name or future output is not proof that a particular use is permitted. You remain responsible for the material you provide and the way you describe or share it.

Purchases, credits and rights in your material

The current public photo draft flow does not offer a live video pack or start a subscription. If you make an actual purchase through an available checkout, the displayed product, price, billing interval and applicable terms identify what you are buying. Keep the confirmation and consult the refund policy for a question about unused credits, renewals or billing errors. A planning estimate does not substitute for a purchase offer.

Your own uploaded material remains yours, subject to any rights of other people or parties. You permit the processing necessary for the feature you deliberately use, such as holding a local draft or receiving an attachment submitted to support. These terms of service do not grant rights to an artist's recording, a third party's image or a name suggested by the tool. We cannot guarantee that a suggestion is unique or available for commercial use. No licence to an unavailable generated video is promised merely because you saved a concept.

Availability, liability and contacting support

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific generation speed or the continued availability of a particular scene. Browser storage can be cleared, and temporary drafts can expire. Keep independent copies of important source material rather than relying on the workspace as your only archive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us during the twelve months before the claim, and excludes indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms of service may be revised as the product changes, with material changes communicated through the product where appropriate. For account, content or order questions, use the support ticket area. Include relevant references and a concise explanation, and keep passwords and unrelated sensitive documents out of your message.

terms of service: questions

Do the terms of service promise a finished video?

The current public workspace is a draft preparation feature and does not promise live rendering or export. Displayed scene references are not results produced from your photos. An actual available product must describe its deliverable in its own flow or checkout. Verify that feature before relying on it for an event or purchase.

Can I use someone else's photo in a rap concept?

Use a recognizable person's photo only with permission appropriate to the intended depiction and sharing. Do not use private images to harass, impersonate or deceive. A draft or future synthetic output is not evidence that the person performed the scene. Consider the person's preferences before making a public concept around their likeness.

Can I use a generated duo name for a business?

A suggestion is brainstorming material, not a reserved name or legal clearance. Search for exact and similar names on the platforms where you plan to use it and carry out appropriate checks before commercial reliance. The name generator does not register a brand, verify exclusivity or grant rights owned by another party.
